Nichole's (fondly known as "Nicholai") Wedding

Ok.............It seems like I'm always 'catching up' on my posts, huh? Well, here we go again!

I have this really great friend that I've known for years now who got remarried at the end of November to her new husband, Shawn. I'm really happy for her, and I'm glad to see her so happy! I'm also really glad that she lives so close to me now so that I can see her fairly often..........and that I was able to attend the wedding!

Nichole and I were roommates for awhile at one time (with a couple of other really great friends)...years ago...and have been great friends ever since. She is one of my best friends! Here are the pictures from her wedding. I know, Christy, IT'S ABOUT TIME! LOL But, without further ado...........here they are. It was a very simple, yet elegant wedding and she was beautiful!

This is a picture of the backdrop they stood in front of to get married. I thought it was very pretty and elegant. You can obviously figure out what her colors were. :)

This is Nichole's Mom coming down the aisle first with Nichole's youngest son, Bryant. Nichole's Mom looks the same as always! (Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of Nichole's Dad, but he also looks the same.)

Can you believe how big Bryant is now? And looks so much like his father, Jerry!


Next came Nichole's youngest sister, Carli, with a guy I don't know. I couldn't believe how big she's gotten!! It's been years since I've seen her! The last time I saw her she was just a little thing! How time flies................

And this looks like Natalie, right? Wrong! This is Nichole's next youngest sister, Nanette. She's grown up so much and turned into a beautiful young woman! Remember what a tomboy she used to be? Not so much anymore!! (Again, I don't know the guys she's with, either.)

THIS is Natalie, Nichole's oldest younger sister (if that makes sense), coming down the aisle with Shawn's father. Natalie and Nichole are close in age (Nichole is the oldest), and they've always been very close. Natalie was Nichole's Maid of Honor. She's a very cute little mama of 3 (if I remember right) these days.

Here is Nichole coming down the aisle with her oldest son, Little Jerry. Holy CRAP he looks like his father!! Both boys are very cute!! Little Jerry walked her down the aisle and gave her away...........

This is Little Jerry lifting her veil over her head. It was so sweet! It brought tears to my eyes!

Here is Nichole and Shawn reading their vows right before they were officially pronounced husband and wife.

Now they are 'officially' husband and wife................and kissing. (Obviously! LOL)

Meet Mr. and Mrs. Shawn and Nichole Baird!

They are really cute together and she's very happy with him.
