Big Work Decisions

Well...........Matt had something really exciting happen to him yesterday that was work related and took him somewhat by surprise. He got a job offer from another large competitor company to the company he current works for. I won't go into much more detail at the moment because he still wants to talk to his current boss and let him know what's going on. What I will say is this, the offer was a very good one that we are now VERY SERIOUSLY considering taking. Matt did not pursue them..........They pursued him and they really seem to want him to join their company.

Matt is also up for his annual review with his current company as well, which should happen on Monday.........and we have been expecting some really good things with them as well. Basically, it's going to come down to deciding which will be the better offer between the 2 companies in the long run for our family that we are hoping to start soon.

It will be a hard decision to make, though, because we really love the company Matt is currently working for and we do feel a sense of loyalty to them. Should we decide that it will be best for our family, we will be very sad to leave that company.......but excited for the new adventure. We will be praying and thinking a lot about it this weekend! Please keep us in your prayers so that we will know what to do and will make the right decision!
